WITT South August Members Function

What a fabulous night the Southern WITT members had at the ESF+W.  A welcome drink was followed by a cooking demonstration of our entrée and main courses.  While our main course was enjoying some oven time, we enjoyed a tour of the provedore and learnt about the vast variety of Tasmanian produce they are selling. Desert was a lavender pannacotta that was an absolute delight.
