Role Overview

Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our client’s U.S. operations. This is a remote, in-house recruiting role added to support hiring demand after other recruiters were reassigned to a separate initiative. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in a highly structured, process-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.

What will you do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles
  • Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews with Danaher stakeholders
  • Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with some coverage in Mountain and Pacific time zones
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS
  • Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience
  • Operate effectively within a structured, process-driven recruiting organization

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT or quality assurance recruiting
  • Proven ability to recruit across professional roles, not limited to a single specialty
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in the U.S., with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)
  • ATS experience, ideally Workday
  • Experience working in large, structured, process-driven organizations preferred

Base pay range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
