We seek a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to lead the sales operations at CrestHill Suites and Hotel Concord Syracuse. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, boost market share, and meet business goals for both hotels.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and executing top-notch sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conducting market research to spot new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and performance metrics.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Promoting the unique features and amenities of both hotels.
