Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and transform it into reality through custom jewelry pieces
• Source materials and design concepts to create unique and personalized jewelry pieces
• Manage the artistic direction of the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with client desires
• Work with a highly curated collection of exquisite jewelry pieces and assist clients in selecting the perfect item
• Create a personalized shopping experience for clients, building strong connections and trust

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in the jewelry industry
• Strong eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating unique and beautiful pieces
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of jewelry trends, materials, and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 0 year experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry
• Experience in creating custom jewelry pieces and working closely with clients
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and artists

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
