Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and transform it into reality through custom jewelry pieces
Source materials and design concepts to create unique and personalized jewelry pieces
Manage the artistic direction of the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with client desires
Work with a highly curated collection of exquisite jewelry pieces and assist clients in selecting the perfect item
Create a personalized shopping experience for clients, building strong connections and trust

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in the jewelry industry
Strong eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating unique and beautiful pieces
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of jewelry trends, materials, and techniques

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 0 year experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry
Experience in creating custom jewelry pieces and working closely with clients
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and artists

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan
