Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), ideally with IBM Maximo and related integrations (e.g., SAP)
• Solid comprehension of asset data models, data governance, and data quality principles
• Proven experience in supporting system integrations and data interfaces across multi-vendor landscapes
• Capability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and analytics concerning data completeness, accuracy, and performance
• Proficient in process mapping and documentation, including the creation of sustainable procedures and standards
• Exposure to testing processes (system, integration, and user/stakeholder testing)
• Background in change management and creation of training documentation for enterprise system implementations
• Strong communication abilities to facilitate coordination among IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Comfort working in a support and enablement capacity within complex, extended programs

• Assist in establishing and maintaining system data flows in accordance with essential business processes, collaborating with consultants for enhancements to the Asset Data Model, Maximo-SAP integration, and the use of Maximo components for failure reporting and RCM, while ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
• Manage the execution and sustainability of metrics and analytics to monitor asset data collection, including defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs related to data completeness, accuracy, and quality
• Collaborate with the Quality team to create sustainable process maps, standards, and procedures to support PGDs asset management program
• Generate clear, actionable technical guidelines and assist in the design and integration requirements of data interfaces in partnership with System Integrators and PGD business stakeholders
• Aid in configuring and utilizing the Asset Data Model (ADM) tool in alignment with onboarding initiatives to produce standardized asset data structures
• Team up with IT to facilitate data loads into Maximo environments, resolve system access issues, and establish effective deployment processes
• Create training materials and assist in change management initiatives to promote adoption, consistency, and operational readiness
• Organize and support testing for systems, integration, and stakeholder engagement in relation to Maximo enhancements and changes to the asset data model
