Tom Wood Group is seeking a Luxury BDC Agent Intern to work at the Tom Wood Home Office for the summer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing Business Development Center supporting four luxury automotive brands. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, capable of representing premium brands with professionalism and care. As a key point of contact for our customers, this individual will play an essential role in driving engagement, building relationships, and supporting the overall success of our luxury dealerships. Flexible schedule * Saturdays off? Mostly! Just 1 or 2 a month * Team Vibe: You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive crew Responsibilities: * Completing Daily Checklists/Paperwork * Brand Ambassador * Ability to understand the needs of each luxury brand and deliver a world-class experience * Outbound and inbound phone calls * Providing high-end customer service * Reaching number expectations daily * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Able to communicate professionally via email and over the phone with co-workers and customers * Maintaining a thorough knowledge base of the luxury dealerships/brands * Open communication with the dealership service department Qualifications: * BDC experience REQUIRED * Luxury BDC – preferred * Excellent customer service skills required * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to work well and independently with others * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate/enter data into established databases About Tom Wood Group The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
