Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador you will be the face of our De Beers Londons flagship store in The Houston Galleria. You will drive sales performance across all categories cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients create new relationships and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and deliver unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.
• Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
• Maintain thorough accurate and accessible client information.
• Nurture long-term client relationships engaging them with events and new products.
• Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.

What youll do:

Act Like an Owner: Take full responsibility for the stores performance and client satisfaction. Make decisions that align with the brands values and long-term goals.

Create Clarity: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Ensure everyone understands the brands vision and objectives.

Empower Teams: Encourage and support team members to achieve their best. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Challenge Conventions : Innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices

The base salary for the position is $55000 - $60000 USD annually plus bonus and commission plan.

Qualifications :

• Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry. 
• Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g. Spanish Chinese Arabic) are a plus. 
• Inherent interest in the jewellery industry which drives your passion for excellence.
• Take full responsibility for performance and client satisfaction driving business growth and excellence.
• An effective and clear communicator with clients and team members ensuring everyone understands the brands vision and objectives. 
• Excellent presentation skills making complex information accessible and engaging. A supportive team player who empowers others to succeed.
•  A creative thinker to improve sales strategies and client engagement staying ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.
• Your innovative approach drives business growth.
• Presentable diplomatic and confident in influencing others always seeking new ways to enhance the brands presence and drive business performance.
• Energetic and dynamic bringing enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team which fosters a high-performing culture.
• Able to use a POS system competent technical skills to support efficient business operations.
