Responsibilities
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key goals such as Safety Targets and Contractor Hours Worked, communicating insights to internal teams and external partners.
- Manage and process invoices for materials, contractors, and services (EZ-Passes, vehicle rentals, cell phones) to support electric operations.
- Develop and maintain Emergency Storm Accounting, ensuring clear communication and accurate reconciliation of storm-related invoices.
- Support emergency storm response efforts and participate in ad hoc projects to drive operational improvements.
- Create shopping carts, purchase orders, and confirmations for procurement of goods and services; handle PO modifications as needed.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective data-driven decision making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within work order portfolios to proactively improve business outcomes.
- Challenge and enhance existing workflows to increase efficiency across the department.
Required Skills and Experience
- Associate s Degree in Business or Finance, or 1-5 years of relevant analyst experience.
- Solid analytical and data tracking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Initiative and drive to deliver measurable business results.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor s degree in a related field.
- Experience with SAP, STORMS, PowerPlan, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of utility industry operations and financial accounting.
