• Pay: $23 to $26 per hour based on experience

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday

Your New Role

• Build and assemble custom cabinetry and laminate casework in Louisville, Kentucky

• Laminate sheets to precise specifications for durability and finish quality

• Install cabinet hardware including hinges, undermount drawer slides, doors, and drawer fronts

• Operate power tools such as routers and nail guns safely and efficiently

• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to meet project standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• 1 to 3 years of cabinet making or woodworking experience preferred

• Experience with commercial casework and laminate cabinetry strongly preferred

• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including routers and nail guns

• Skilled in installing cabinet hardware such as hinges and drawer slides

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 75 pounds frequently

• Willingness to learn new skills such as solid surface work

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
