Part-Time Opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA

Thrive Proactive Health is seeking a Virginia-licensed Chiropractor for a part-time role (2–3 days/week, ~10–16 hours). This position is ideal for a confident, independent clinician ready to plug into a busy integrative clinic and manage their own caseload within a supportive, cross-disciplinary environment. Opportunity to expand and grow as case load builds.

Role Responsibilities

Providing Care & Service

• Perform initial and ongoing chiropractic evaluations, assessments, and movement screenings
• Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust care based on patient progress and clinical findings
• Deliver safe, effective chiropractic interventions and complementary therapeutic approaches
• Educate patients on posture, movement, lifestyle factors, and preventative care strategies

Documentation

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation in the EMR
• Ensure documentation supports continuity of care, billing, and compliance standards

Relationships & Retention

• Manage patient caseload with strong follow-up practices and relationship-building
• Support patient retention through education, communication, and consistent care quality
• Contribute to positive patient experience and clinical outcomes

Subject Matter Expertise & Marketing Support

• Participate in niche marketing initiatives as a chiropractic subject matter expert when needed to support marketing team

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Chiropractic License required
• Confident independent clinician comfortable managing their own caseload
