Position Overview
We are hiring a Communications Assistant - Immediate Start to support internal communication flow, coordination between departments, and client correspondence. This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with internal communication between departments and teams
* Support preparation and organization of client correspondence
* Help schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records of communication and documentation
* Provide administrative support to management and staff
* Ensure timely distribution of internal updates and information
Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced office environment
* Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel)
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
* No prior experience required (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits
* $21 –$29/hour depending on experience
* Immediate start available
* Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
