Who We Are
TBNR ( T he B est N ever R est) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since! As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, ‘Fire MCN’ gets an average of 30 million views per day and includes the YouTube channels; PrestonYT, BriannaYT, PrestonPlayz, BriannaPlayz, PrestonReacts , BriannaReacts, Keeley, and Daisy and Poppy.
Who You Are
TBNR is seeking creative Set Designers to help craft visually engaging environments for our productions. This role focuses on designing and styling sets through props, décor, materials, and visual elements that enhance storytelling and on-camera impact. Set Designers collaborate with producers and creative teams to translate concepts into memorable visual experiences.

Your Direct Responsibilities
Design and style sets that support the creative vision of each production
Source props, decorations, and materials for set builds
Work with the construction team to bring set concepts to life
Assist with set dressing and visual adjustments on shoot days
Maintain and organize prop inventory and set materials
Ensure sets are visually polished and camera-ready
Requirements
Experience in set design, art direction, prop styling, or production design
Strong creative eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics
Ability to translate concepts into physical set environments
Resourceful when sourcing props and materials
Ability to collaborate closely with production teams
