Job Description

Salary: $83,200 - 93,600 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We are looking for strong data analysis skills, including the ability to compare and contrast information and resolve legacy or inaccurate records.
• We need experience using ServiceNows back-end environment, with exposure to ITSM and ITIL workflows.
• We prefer hands-on experience with manual data handling and normalization in Excel.
• We expect comfort working directly with data owners to validate information, confirm file ownership, and clarify application data extracts.
• Experience with database extracts is a plus.

• We will reconcile information between a clients enterprise managed file transfer platform and the External Data Management registration system.
• We will perform manual remediation work across multiple enterprise data sources to validate and align records.
• We will analyze data to identify discrepancies and correct outdated or erroneous entries.
• We will use ServiceNow back-end tools to support ITSM/ITIL-related activities.
• We will manage and normalize data in Excel as part of the remediation process.
• We will communicate with data owners to complete verification steps and gather needed details about files and extracts.
• We will work with database extracts when available to support analysis and reconciliation.
