Responsibilities:Design, implement, optimize data warehouse data models
Work extensively with IBM IDA (InfoSphere Data Architect) for logical/physical models
Ensure models are scalable, performant, aligned with data strategy
Collaborate with data engineers on Azure and Databricks implementation
Translate business requirements into conceptual/logical/physical models
Participate in data architecture discussions and best practices
Document data models, flow diagrams, database design specs
Support analytics, reporting, and data integration needs with stakeholders
Perform impact analysis for model changes on downstream systems
Continuously improve and optimize models for performance and accessibility
10+ years data modeling (enterprise data warehouse)
IBM IDA (InfoSphere Data Architect) non-negotiable
Azure (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse)
Databricks (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake)
Conceptual / logical / physical modeling
Investment Banking / Financial Services domain (strongly preferred)
SQL for validation and optimization
Stakeholder management & documentation

Data governance / metadata management tools
Agile methodology
