Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record all types of donations (checks, EFTs, online, stock, third-party platforms).
• Reconcile donation data and manage matching gifts.
• Maintain donor records and respond to general inquiries.
• Monitor shared inboxes related to donations and data.
• Prepare recurring donation reports and donor lists for campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and assist with system clean-up.
• Support seasonal mail processing, acknowledgments, and tax receipts.
• Perform compliance tasks related to gift documentation and data privacy.
• Collaborate on data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

  Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and standard office software.
• Comfortable learning new systems (e.g., Asana, Dropbox).
• Prior experience in a nonprofit or fundraising environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum four years of related work experience.
