PAL Legacy Logistics Group LLC is Delivery Service Partner looking for smart, motivated, and hard working delivery drivers in the Little Rock, AR area. Delivery Service Partners (DSP) are independent businesses that have a partnership with warehouses and stations to deliver packages. Job Description

As a Delivery Driver you will deliver packages while enjoying your independence as you travel to customers' doors. We provide a van and this is a non-CDL position. We will train and support you as you begin your new job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate your delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times
• Use a provided hand held device for routing information
• Navigate safely through neighborhoods and traffic following route guidance
• Operate your vehicle and deliver packages in all weather conditions.
• Deliver packages with a WOW. We want to treat all customers with respect and kindness.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Step in and out of delivery vans several times a day and walk up and down steps.
• Deliver up to 200-250 packages a day

Shift Flexibility

• Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends)
• Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs.

Shifts

• Range between 8-10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week
• Full-time shifts are typically 4 days on and 3 days off including at least 1 weekend day off.
• Weekends shifts also available

Requirements &

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Prior Amazon delivery experience is preferred
• Use of mapping and GPS programs.
• Growth mindset and application towards opportunities to learn, contribute and collaborate with a new company.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay focused and operate a vehicle safely in traffic.
• Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns in the Little Rock area.
