The Convenient App is a fast-growing startup transforming how customers order from convenience stores and retail businesses through a seamless In-store and curbside pickup experience. We are expanding rapidly and looking for creative individuals who want hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Designer Intern who is passionate about creating visually engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to contribute directly to real product and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our operations and development teams to design banners, posters, in-app creatives, and logos that shape our brand identity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets including banners, posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials
• Create and refine logos and brand elements for campaigns and features
• Support UI/UX design improvements within the app (basic level involvement)
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life
• Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate designs in a startup environment

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
• Strong sense of design, layout, color, and typography
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic or personal projects accepted)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in startups, tech, or e-commerce is a plus
