Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and public relations firm , supporting high-profile national events for top brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in event planning, marketing, and public relations , while gaining hands-on experience executing impactful events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support internal teams with event logistics, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Represent the company professionally at events as a friendly and approachable team member.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing and PR initiatives for events.
  • Track event performance, assist with reporting, and provide feedback to improve future events.
  • Ensure all events reflect the companys brand and professional image.
