Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and public relations firm , supporting high-profile national events for top brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to launch a career in event planning, marketing, and public relations , while gaining hands-on experience executing impactful events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
Support internal teams with event logistics, scheduling, and client communications.
Represent the company professionally at events as a friendly and approachable team member.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
Support the creation and implementation of marketing and PR initiatives for events.
Track event performance, assist with reporting, and provide feedback to improve future events.
Ensure all events reflect the companys brand and professional image.
