Job Description:
The Event Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. This role involves assisting with logistics, vendor communication, event setup, and on-site support to ensure every detail runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Salary: $45500-$49000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Help manage guest lists, registration, and check-in processes
Prepare event materials, signage, and supplies
Monitor event flow and provide support during live events
Gather post-event feedback and assist in reporting and follow-up
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Work Environment:
This position involves both office work and on-site event support. The Event Assistant collaborates closely with event coordinators, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of each event.
