Bottomless Promotion is seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the coordination and execution of in-person promotional events in Dallas, TX. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and working directly with people.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and organization of materials.
Support event coordinators with on-site logistics and schedules.
Greet attendees and provide information about products or services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
Help ensure events run according to plan and schedule.
Work closely with team members to deliver a positive guest experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Reliable and punctual.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
