We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of Goliath’s U.S. events, including showroom previews, trade shows, and consumer-facing experiences. This role is responsible for managing event strategy and logistics from concept through execution, ensuring every event reflects the energy and creativity of the Goliath brand.

As a key member of the Marketing and Brand organization, the Events Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver engaging, well-executed events that support product launches, brand storytelling, and sales initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of showroom previews, trade shows, and consumer-facing events across the U.S.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, logistics, and project milestones
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, and Operations to align event goals and deliverables
  • Manage relationships with vendors, venues, show organizers, contractors, and production partners
  • Oversee event logistics including freight shipments, inventory coordination, booth setup and teardown, and on-site execution
  • Ensure all event materials, product displays, and marketing assets are prepared and delivered on schedule
  • Provide leadership and on-site management during events, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Track event budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Lead post-event analysis including performance recaps, feedback collection, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Maintain organized documentation, processes, and planning tools to support consistent and efficient event execution

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, trade shows, or a related field
  • Experience planning and managing trade shows, corporate events, or large-scale experiential activations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong logistical planning skills
  • Comfortable managing budgets and tracking event-related expenses
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends during peak event periods
  • Experience with trade show logistics, freight coordination, or exhibit management is a plus
