**Warehouse Labor - $22/Hour - Start ASAP**

We are seeking skilled liquid formulators who can adeptly follow recipes and use computers, particularly Excel, to match tickets with recipes. The role involves handling raw inputs, such as liquid totes, drums, and various bags, and following batch ticket procedures. Operators will be responsible for blending and reacting according to SOPs, pulling samples, and conducting preliminary tests for density and pH. This position requires attention to detail, as errors can be costly due to the value of the materials.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and match tickets with recipes using computers and Excel.
• Handle raw inputs including liquid totes, drums, and bags weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Adhere to batch ticket procedures and operate within SOP guidelines.
• Blend and react mixtures based on standard operating procedures.
• Conduct preliminary tests for density and pH.
• Transfer finished materials into bulk storage.
• Operate at ground level with a focus on safety and precision.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in math, including fractions, percentages, and conversion calculations.
• Experience in machine operation within a production facility or similar environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in farm or outdoor work environments or in a production facility operating machinery.
• Experience in blending, mixing, and handling chemical or fertilizer products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and general production tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, NE.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.
