Designing and implementing SCCM infrastructure (primary site, distribution points, boundaries).

Creating and managing complex task sequences for OS deployment.

Developing custom scripts (PowerShell) for automation and reporting.

Integrating SCCM with other platforms (Intune, WSUS, third-party tools).

Performance tuning and capacity planning.

Handling upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.

Skill Level:

Deep knowledge of SCCM architecture and SQL database.

Advanced troubleshooting (WMI, logs, client health).

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Experience with hybrid environments (SCCM + Intune).

As a Global Tech Services Senior , you will serve as a technical expert individual contributor, directly executing and advancing our enterprise Global Tech Services management initiatives while collaborating with team members. This dynamic role requires deep technical expertise, focusing on implementing complex technical solutions and providing technical guidance to team members. You will work hands-on with complex systems, contributing significantly to code development, system architecture, and technical implementation while ensuring your work aligns with team objectives.

Your hands-on responsibilities include developing PowerShell scripts, engineering deployment solutions, and implementing advanced configurations across our MECM infrastructure and MDM platforms. While coordinating with team members and stakeholders, you'll maintain a primary focus on technical execution, solution architecture, and complex problem-solving. The position emphasizes strong technical contributions, including code development, technical documentation, and direct execution of challenging projects.

As a technical lead, you'll work extensively on operating system imaging, application packaging, and security implementations across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android). Your expertise in Microsoft Exchange, MECM, and various MDM solutions (Intune, Kanji, SOTI, Knox) will enable you to both execute complex technical solutions and provide guidance to team members. This role emphasizes maintaining advanced technical proficiency while sharing knowledge and promoting technical excellence through hands-on examples.

This is a Permanent position based out of Advance, NC.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
