- Ensure all laundry and linen are collected, cleaned, and returned to designated areas.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
- Respond to guest requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and attractive environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing and lifting.
