This role supports a rapidly growing clean energy startup that is transforming iron ore purification through an innovative electrochemical process. As an Industrial Electrician, you will wire, install, commission, and maintain a complex industrial chemical fluid system that includes multiple PLCs, VFDs, motors, pumps, valves, meters, gauges, compressors, and conveyors. You will play a key role in bringing a new industrial plant online and ensuring its safe, reliable, and efficient operation over the long term.
Responsibilities
You will join a mission-driven clean energy company that is reshaping a major global industry through innovative electrochemical technology. The organization offers the rare opportunity to help build a team, plant, and manufacturing operation from the ground up, giving you a direct impact on systems, processes, and culture. You will work in a fast-growing environment with strong backing and significant investment to support commercialization and scale-up. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, paid holidays, and full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and disability coverage, supporting both your professional growth and personal well-being.
Work Environment
You will begin at a facility in Boulder for approximately 2 to 3 months of training before transitioning to a brand-new facility in Broomfield/Westminster. While in Boulder, the schedule follows a Monday through Friday shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In the new facility, shifts will be determined, with an anticipated pattern of 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), using a rotating 4-on/4-off and 3-on/3-off schedule that alternates between days and nights monthly. Overtime may be required as needed, particularly during plant commissioning, and is expected to be abundant in that phase. The environment operates as a true startup, where you help build the team, SOPs, processes, and equipment from the ground up. The facility is climate controlled, and you will work around chemicals and industrial equipment. The dress code includes wearing a lab coat, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear to maintain a safe and compliant worksite. You will be part of a small, closely knit team that is actively expanding as the plant and operations grow.
