We’re looking for a Lead Infant Teacher who understands that the infant room is built on trust, consistency, and meaningful relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who loves nurturing the youngest learners while supporting a strong, collaborative classroom environment.
Lead and manage an infant classroom with confidence and care
Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
Follow state licensing and center policies with professionalism
Support assistants and model best practices in infant care
Track developmental milestones and daily needs (feeding, sleep, routines)
Lead-qualified Infant Teacher (Wisconsin Registry preferred)
Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
Knowledge of infant development, routines, and responsive caregiving
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
Passion for early childhood — especially the infant stage
