A Day in the Life:
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. Are you a sales Rock Star?
