Overview
A family in Boca Raton is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and flexible live-in nanny to assist with the care of their two young children, ages 3 months and 21 months. This role will primarily support both children initially, with a shift in responsibilities as the older child begins school. The family values a collaborative environment and is looking for someone who can integrate well into an existing network of caregivers.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive care for both the infant and toddler as needed
Support daily routines, including feeding, naps, and developmental play
Help maintain a clean and organized environment, including unloading the dishwasher, doing laundry, and light tidying
Pitch in as needed with an “all hands on deck” mindset
Collaborate with other caregivers and be an active, communicative team player
Adapt to the family’s needs and provide flexible support as routines evolve

Experienced with both infants and toddlers
Warm, dependable, and proactive
A true team player who works well within a network of caregivers
Comfortable “wearing many hats” and stepping in wherever needed
Flexible and willing to adjust as the family’s needs change
