DescriptionWe are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with 9 plus years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain with strong expertise in legacy UI technologies and modernization initiatives This role involves providing end to end technical oversight for DevX migration driving architectural decisions and ensuring high quality delivery of enhancements The candidate will play a key role in defining technical strategy leading refactoring efforts to eliminate DevExpress dependencies and ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the application This is an onsite opportunity requiring close collaboration with client stakeholders and development teamsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide overall technical leadership and oversight for DevX migration development and enhancementsDefine implement and enforce architectural standards design patterns and coding best practices for ASP NET Web Forms and Silverlight applicationsLead technical analysis and strategy for replacing DevX components while ensuring feature parity and UI consistencyDrive the refactoring strategy to remove DevExpress dependencies across the applicationLead performance tuning and optimization efforts to improve UI responsiveness and reduce page load timesConduct formal code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesProvide expert guidance on complex technical challenges including state management postbacks event handling and API integrationsOwn and maintain high level technical documentation including migration strategy and architectural decisionsSupport production release planning and coordinate deployment approvals with client teamsASP NET Web Forms Development Advanced Expert NOSilverlight Advanced Expert NODevExpress DevX Components Advanced Expert NOApplication Architecture and Design Patterns Expert NOUI Migration and Modernization Strategy Expert NODevOps CI CD Pipelines Expert NOAPI Integration REST SOAP Advanced NONET Core Modern NETPerformance Tuning and Optimization UI
