Housekeeper
A private couple in Salisbury Mills, NY is seeking an practiced and detail-oriented housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their residence 2-3 times per week. The individual applying for the position should be a responsible self-starter who's considerate and quiet, and enjoys cleaning. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is extremely careful with the homeowners' personal items and property, and has a passion for doing the best job possible. To be prosperous in this job offer, you will have prior practice in cleaning large homes, must be reliable, have demonstrated stellar time management expertise, and be able to follow instructions well. You must also be comfortable with pets, as 2 cats and 1 small dog (all very friendly) reside in the home.
This residence has approximately 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 1 half bath, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 study, 1 kitchen, and 1 coat room; however, not all of these rooms will need to be cleaned on a regular basis.

Responsibilities, explained in detail when you visit the residence, include:
»General housekeeping tasks (only natural products-owers will supply)
»Taking out trash and recyclables
»Laundry (clothing and linens)
»Washing and putting away dishes
»Changing sheets (usually in just 2 bedrooms)
»Watering plants
»Cleaning out cat box and cleaning up after animals
»Cleaning an office in a separate building on the property
General Requirements:
» Individual hired for this job offer will be considered an independent contractor
» Resume Required- must list previous housekeeping practice , and must have practice cleaning private homes
» References required.

» suitable education High school or equivalent (Preferred)
» practice:Housekeeping: 2 years (Required)
» Language: English (Required)
» Must be vaccinated for COVID
