A Brief Overview

The Office Assistant is a multiskilled individual who assists with secretarial/computer responsibilities as well as simple patient care tasks.

What you will do

  • Responsible for day to day coordination of the office
  • Greet and register patients as they present for their appointment
  • Arrange for any follow up care services
  • Complete all documentation/reports as appropriate
  • Prepare examination rooms as appropriate
Essential Qualifications

The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others hear understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. Required Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • High School or GED Equivalent
Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • Less than 1 year one to three months related experience
