As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Typing correspondence, including statistical information, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Greeting the public, answering phone calls, and providing information
Filing documents under alphabetical and numerical systems
Sorting and compiling written materials
Using copying equipment and other common office equipment, as well as a multi-line phone system
Taking messages, greeting the public, and providing general information and directions
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Strong typing ability (45 wpm minimum)
Proficiency with common office equipment and multi-line phone systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide exceptional customer service
