Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Seeking a warehouse and crate builder candidate. This job is considered a hybrid role in the the warehouse. Worker will be assembling pallet crates for industrial machinery. This role involves both the assembly of crates and the insertion of machinery, as well as moving packed machinery onto trucks and around the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallet crates for industrial machinery.
• Insert machinery into assembled crates.
• Move packed machinery onto trucks and around the warehouse.
• Spend approximately 70% of time building crates and 30% operating a forklift.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Sit-down forklift experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packing, material handling, and manual labor.
• Driver's license required.
• Construction experience and mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment where you will frequently use hand and power tools, as well as operate a sit-down forklift. The position requires physical activity and the ability to handle materials. Safety equipment and appropriate attire are necessary to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ewing, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
