Maitri Medicinals is a vertically integrated medical marijuana company whose mission is to cultivate, produce and dispense quality medicinal marijuana products for Pennsylvania patients who suffer from qualifying medical conditions and diseases.

Summary: The Dispensary Associate is responsible for providing exceptional patient customer service, educating customers on medical marijuana products, and ensuring accurate and compliant sales transactions. This role supports daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean, secure environment. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the associate plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and regulation-compliant dispensary experience.
Requirements
The Dispensary Associate is cross-trained across all core operational functions, including Patient Intake, Patient Advisor responsibilities, Fulfillment, Patient Services, Sales Floor operations, and Surveillance, in order to support efficient and compliant dispensary operations.
