Job Description

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician with a strong background in commercial service and installation. This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, can manage job sites, and works well with both clients and crew members.

Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.

* Diagnose issues and perform timely repairs or replacements.

* Supervise apprentices and subcontractors as needed.

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

* Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.

* Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and leadership.

* Coordinate materials and labor to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

* 3-5+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.

* High school diploma or GED; trade school or formal plumbing training preferred.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. and performing manual labor.

* Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

* Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and systems.
