Core Requirements & Skills

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Healthcare IT Expertise: 3+ years of PM experience specifically within a Healthcare Insurance or claims information technology environment.
  • Project Leadership: 3+ years of formal experience managing medium-to-complex IT projects.
  • Technical Planning: Proven ability in effort estimation, resource allocation, and building robust project plans.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in identifying risk triggers and managing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to present to executive management and facilitate collaboration between vendors and internal teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (relevant experience may substitute).

Daily Impact

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project plans.
  • Manage project artifacts using MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Excel.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Navigate competing interests to drive team consensus and project success.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must pass mandatory Criminal, Credit, and E-Verify background checks.
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.
