Job Description

A Commercial Construction company, that is growing by the millions each year for the last decade, is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in diverse commercial markets. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you! Project Manager Duties:

* Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
* Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Project Manager Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
* Experience working on projects valued up to $20 is preferred but not necessary
* Proficiency in using construction management software and tools

* Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
