When you join us as a Revenue Cycle Operations Project Manager you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

• Creates and manages detailed project plans; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
• Delegating tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project.
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
• Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Five (5) plus year of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
