Location: Remote (Based in New York, NY 10032)
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Duration: 27 Weeks Contract (High potential for extension)

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation to enhance patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement outcomes.
This position is open to qualified healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and Physicians.
