Dynamic AS Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with reservations, managing booking information, and ensuring accurate coordination of schedules and services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Manage and process reservations through internal systems and communication channels
Provide accurate information regarding schedules, availability, and services
Assist clients with booking inquiries and reservation adjustments
Maintain and update reservation records with attention to detail
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reservations are properly scheduled
Monitor reservation requests and ensure timely responses
Handle administrative tasks related to booking management
