As a Vacation Reservations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway. You will be assisting them with booking their travel dates, general questions and/or confirming their upcoming reservation through our central reservation system. The position requires that you maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction, in addition to addressing any escalated customer service issues that may arise. As part of the Reservations Team, you will be helping to deliver on our arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts. Package retention (saving the sale), selling of dates, escalation of calls, retaining the business.
Work hours include:
You will work 12:30 pm to 9 pm four days during the week.
You will work on Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm.
You will have off one weekend day and one day mid-week.
Current hours are subject to change based on business needs.

What You'll bring:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.
1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus.
1+ years of call center experience preferred.
Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Sales experience highly preferred.
Pay :
New hire pay during the first 90 days is $18.00/hour.
After the 90 days the pay is $14.00/hour plus incentives with yearly earning potential up to 70K+.
