This is a customer-facing, high-impact position supporting dealers, sales teams, and end users through solution design, technical qualification, deployment, and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers, dealers, sales, and engineering to assess requirements and design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including RFI/RFP responses, solution architecture design, and deployment planning.
  • Configure, test, and deploy PoC systems and devices for demos, trials, and production environments.
  • Lead or support technical qualification of sales opportunities, including large direct bids.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and trade show support.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned products, providing internal training to Sales, SEs, Technical Support, and Marketing.
  • Develop dealer training programs and certification content (Hytera University).
  • Create and maintain system documentation and end-user deployment materials.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product Management to improve product performance and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Engineering within telecommunications, two-way radio, PoC/PTT, or networking environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to independently deliver polished presentations and live product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC), LTE/5G integration, dispatch systems, and device ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Android OS and debugging tools.
  • Solid networking knowledge (IP, VLANs, firewalls, QoS, VPNs, routing/switching, Wi-Fi/cellular convergence).
  • Experience with DMR Tier II and Tier III technologies.
  • Exposure to mobile app development (Android/iOS), light scripting, or database organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Expert-level presentation and demo delivery skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Structured, analytical thinker who can break down complex issues into actionable components

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
  • Career growth within a dynamic, expanding technology sector
  • Ongoing training in PoC, networking, and integrated communications solutions

If you are a technically strong, customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering impactful solutions and leading successful PoC deployments, we encourage you to apply.

Submit your resume along with a brief note highlighting your experience with PoC, radio communications, or related technologies.
