What You’ll Be Doing Scheduling & Coordination You will build and manage daily clinician schedules so patient visits happen on time and according to physician orders and agency policies. You will adjust schedules when life happens, like call-outs, urgent needs, and census changes, to keep care uninterrupted. Communication & Customer Experience You will be a go-to contact for clinicians when scheduling questions or changes come up. You will communicate kindly and professionally with patients, families, and referral partners as needed.
