SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
Educational Service Unit 16 is in search of a school psychologist to serve school districts in West-Central Nebraska. Our school psychologists are expected to be knowledgeable of IDEA and Nebraska Rule 51 verification guidelines and participate in student evaluations for special education services. Our school psychologist provides social emotional and behavioral support to students at the tier III levels in our schools. They also serve on our mental wellness team and support students at tier I and II.
Requirements: Specialist degree in psychology desired. Individuals with provisional certification or those looking for an internship placement are also encouraged to apply.
School psychologists are contracted to work 190 days throughout the calendar year. Applicants seeking part-time employment are also encouraged to apply. ESU 16 offers a competitive salary and an employee/family benefits package. This application is open until filled.
