Senior Data Analyst  (Fulltime (H1B/OPT) Accepted)

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You will play a pivotal role in uncovering hidden insights within our data, translating them into actionable recommendations, and empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and challenges.
• Design and execute complex data analysis projects, utilizing statistical methods and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract valuable insights.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes (Preferred).
• Develop and present compelling data visualizations (charts, dashboards) using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to uncover actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and document data analysis methodologies and best practices for future reference.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth data integration and infrastructure support.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve data-driven processes within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts within the team (Preferred).

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Data Analyst or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering insights from data.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Working experience with data analysis programming languages (Python, R) (Preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and informative visualizations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
