Job Description
A large and well-established construction company in Houston, Texas is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Senior Project Manager to join both of their growing electrical and mechanical teams. This role is best suited for a Senior-level PM with several years of proven experience managing a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects, including providing coaching and performance feedback. In addition, this role serves as the primary point of contact for the project. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completion
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, revenue projections, and change management
Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, and field coordination
Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
Partners with management to develop and implement project strategies.
Participates in project meetings with internal departments to discuss project schedule and issues as needed.
Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
Delegates work and serves as mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
Qualifications for Senior Project Manager
8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
Expert knowledge of applicable electrical systems, design, ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communication with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors
Proven ability to manage multiple larger complex projects
Strong experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project / P6

Base salary starting at $140-160k, with flexibility based on experience
