Who is Fusion Technology?

Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.

Who are you?

Security-cleared Professional : You are able to obtain and maintain a government issued public trust clearance.

Education is important to us: A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred with 7-10 years of experience.

Experience is important to us: Experience analyzing security standards and guidelines. Has experience with threat monitoring and data protection. Has experience handling security events and reporting. Extensive knowledge of firewall implementation/configuration, risk analysis, security analysis of network operating systems and applications, continuity of operation and disaster recovery. Familiar with network protocols, firewalls, disaster recovery and security best practices. Has worked with security tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Cyberark, or similar.

Certifications: Either a Security + CE, CASP, CISSP, GCIA, CISM, CISA or another certification that is the equivalent.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical knowledge of data protection and design.
• Configuration and validation of information systems.
• Investigate potential security threats and test security products and systems to detect weaknesses.
• Solve complex technical problems, ensuring that systems and organizational databases are protected from unauthorized access and use.
• Analyze security requirements, secure architecture design, organizational and vulnerability assessments, intelligence, and threat analysis.
