New Student Graduates Welcome.

We are seeking motivated new CDL A graduates ready to launch their trucking careers with a company that provides structure, support, and real growth opportunities.

This entry‑level role is designed for drivers with no experience or limited experience , offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a safe, confident, and successful professional driver.

• Paid on‑the‑job training with an experienced mentor.
• Training Duration: 4 to 6 weeks.
• Training Pay: $650 per week.

Training Completion

• Earning per week: $ 1,200 to $ 1,400.
• Driving position: (Over-the-Road): 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family.
• Weekly Miles: (2500~3000).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer, including Dry Van loads, in a safe and professional manner.
• Follow all D.O.T regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers.
• Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections daily.
• Represent the company with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.
