Position : Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform

Location : Remote

Duration : Long terms contract

Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure / Integration Lead Software Engineer to provide hands on architectural leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and enterprise integrations . This role blends solution architecture, integration design, and technical leadership , with supporting cloud and DevOps exposure.

The ideal candidate is a strong architect and technical leader who can guide engineering teams, define scalable integration patterns, and remain hands on when needed-while partnering closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

This role is architecture first with DevOps and infrastructure exposure preferred over DevOps heavy profiles .

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Integration Leadership

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise solutions involving Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external systems
• Define and standardize integration patterns , API strategies , and event driven architectures
• Own integration design decisions related to scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Provide hands on architectural guidance and technical direction throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Review code, validate design approaches, and enforce engineering best practices

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for engineers across teams
• Guide development standards, design patterns, and implementation approaches
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex system or integration challenges
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders on solution design and delivery

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure as the primary cloud platform, with AWS exposure as a secondary environment
• Support hybrid architectures spanning on premise and cloud environments
• Provide architectural input into infrastructure automation and deployment strategies
• Partner with DevOps teams to ensure architectures are deployable, secure, and operable

Governance, Quality & Collaboration

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and compliance expectations
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, design documentation, and technical standards
• Participate in cross functional design reviews and planning sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and integration practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, integration engineering, or solution architecture roles
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Proven experience leading architecture and design for enterprise integration solutions
• Expertise designing REST APIs, synchronous/asynchronous integrations, and event driven systems
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience (primary cloud platform)
• Experience mentoring, guiding, and technically leading engineers
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability concepts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction
• Cloud or Microsoft certifications (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to AWS environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience with containerization or orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in large, enterprise scale environments
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practices
