ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for various duties assigned by department supervisors campus leaders or other staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR payroll accounting or banking environment preferably within a public education setting.
3. Minimum 1 years experience with HR Information System (HRIS) and/or a finance system preferred; eFinance Plus Financial software experience a plus.
4. Working knowledge of HR transactions and employment processes.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel databases) google doc and Adobe Pro DC.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
8. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a temporary assignment. The length of the temporary assignment will be determined based on project needs.

Work with frequent interruptions maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
